By downloading, installing, or using Farm Manager ("the Application"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ASSET GROVE PROPERTIES LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and owner of Farm Manager.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Farm Manager is a mobile application designed for agricultural professionals to manage their farming operations, including:

Offline Operation: The Application operates entirely offline and does not transmit any user data to external servers. All functionality is provided locally on your device.

No User Accounts: The Application does not require user registration, accounts, or any form of online authentication.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal or business agricultural management purposes.

Permitted Uses:

• Store agricultural data on your device using the Application
• Use all features and functionality as intended

Restrictions:

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Farm Manager, you are responsible for:

Data Management:

• Maintaining backups of your device and data
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter
• Understanding that data loss may occur due to device failure
• Managing your device's storage capacity for the Application

Compliance:

• Using the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring your agricultural practices comply with local regulations
• Not using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Device Security:

• Maintaining appropriate security measures on your device
• Using screen locks and other security features to protect your data
• Keeping your Android operating system updated

5. Data Ownership and Storage

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all data you enter into the Application. We do not claim any rights to your agricultural data, financial information, or other content.

Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using Android's secure storage mechanisms. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your data on external servers.

Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up and protecting your data. We cannot recover lost data due to device failure, uninstallation, or other circumstances.

No Cloud Services: The Application does not use cloud storage or synchronization services. Data exists only on your device.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Attempting to circumvent the Application's security features
• Using the Application in ways that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application's code or functionality
• Using the Application to store or process data that violates third-party rights
• Commercial redistribution or resale of the Application

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty:

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security against data loss or corruption

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASSET GROVE PROPERTIES LTD shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Agricultural or financial losses based on Application use
• Device damage or malfunction

Agricultural Decisions:

The Application is a management tool only. We are not responsible for agricultural decisions made based on data entered or organized using the Application.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASSET GROVE PROPERTIES LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Agricultural or business decisions made using the Application
• Any content or data you input into the Application

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Termination by You:

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.

Termination by Us:

We may terminate these Terms if you violate any provisions, though enforcement may be limited due to the offline nature of the Application.

Effect of Termination:

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Data stored on your device will remain until you delete it or uninstall the Application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Due to the offline nature of the Application, we cannot notify you of changes through the app itself. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
