Getting Started
How do I add my first property?
+Open Farm Manager and tap "Add New Land" on the dashboard. Choose your property type (Trees or Empty Land), enter the details like area, location, and for tree properties, add tree count and varieties. Save your property to start managing it.
What's the difference between tree and empty land properties?
+Tree properties include fields for tree count, varieties, and age. Empty land properties are for undeveloped or crop land. Different activity types are available based on property type (e.g., planting is only available for empty land).
How do I start a new season?
+Go to Season Management from the dashboard, tap "Create New Season," give it a name, and set the start date. You can then begin recording activities for that season.
Data Management
Is my data safe and private?
+Yes, completely. Farm Manager operates entirely offline. All your data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to external servers. We cannot access your data.
How do I backup my data?
+Use Android's built-in backup features or manually backup your device. Since data is stored locally, regular device backups will protect your Farm Manager data.
Can I recover deleted data?
+Once data is deleted from the app, it cannot be recovered unless you have a device backup. We recommend being careful when deleting and maintaining regular backups.
Activities & Tracking
What types of activities can I track?
+You can track Chemical Spraying, Watering, Fertilization, Manual Labor, Product Sales, Planting, and general purchases. Each activity type has specific fields for relevant information.
How are profits calculated?
+Profit = Revenue (from Product Sales) - Costs (all other activities including materials and labor). Calculations are automatic and displayed in season management.
Can I edit or delete activities?
+Yes, you can edit activity details or delete activities from the activity timeline. Changes will automatically update financial calculations.

What Android version do I need?
+Farm Manager requires Android 8.0 (API level 26) or higher. Most devices from 2017 onwards support this version.
Does the app require internet connection?
+No, Farm Manager works completely offline. You don't need internet connection to use any features.
Why is the app so large/small?
+The app size varies based on included resources and features. Since it's offline-first, all functionality is packaged within the app for reliable operation.
Quick Troubleshooting

Close Farm Manager completely and reopen it. This resolves most temporary issues.
